Is it in a house?
Yes! Fur Factory is a private residential grooming studio located in Surprise Farms, near Greenway Road and Loop 303. Our studio is fully equipped with professional grooming equipment, just like a traditional salon. The difference is that we work with one family at a time, so your pup receives one-on-one care from the same groomer from check-in to pickup.
My dog is anxious, reactive, or a senior. Can you help?
Absolutely! Low-stress grooming is one of our specialties. Our team is trained to work with anxious, reactive, senior, and first-time pups by reading their body language, moving at their pace, and providing breaks whenever needed. We tailor every appointment to each dog’s individual comfort level to create the most positive grooming experience possible.
What’s included in a full groom?
Our Full Groom includes everything your pup needs to leave feeling fresh, clean, and comfortable. Every appointment includes a double shampoo to thoroughly clean the coat, a moisturizing conditioner, a full blow dry, a brush out and de-shed when appropriate, a customized haircut, nail clipping and dremeling, ear cleaning, and teeth spray. We also finish with a dog-friendly body cologne, if you’d like. Every groom is tailored to your pup’s breed, coat type, and individual needs to ensure the best possible results.
How much does grooming cost?
Our grooming services start at $65 for small dogs. Final pricing depends on several factors, including your pup’s size, breed, coat condition, temperament, and the style of haircut requested.
We also offer external anal gland expression as an optional add-on for $5 during your pup’s grooming appointment.
